Long waiting time to pay. Ice cream was melted (saving on power?🤔) So, I ordered twice 2 scoops on a cone for my daughter and I, and it seemed like 1 because they couldn't hold together. They knew it and dared to charge for that. They owe me two scoops!

Donuts and coffee are satisfactory since they are standard products. Service lags a bit. And the boy and girl working inside were a bit lost when ordering. Very basic stuff!

This is my quick stop coffee shop -jelly doughnut and coffee. They are reasonably fast with clean service and efficient staff. Sometimes the ham cheese croissants are worth picking up -all in all a decent version of chain establishment.

they ddint let me use my coupon barcode that i had on the app and kept saying "we just cant" and i said can u at least try to scan it and they refused. horrible costumer service

They did not have the Midnite Dark coffee during rush hour on a Wed evening...really?! Then the coffee spilled all over the place while driving back to work which was only a 7 min drive from the establishment, because it was over filled. Pic attached.

Try to get the Oreo 31 below it's amazing, except for when the machine doesn't work 😑 or go at night because they'll usually upsize it for you for free. But they're really nice people worth it 👌🏽.
