Fair price, expert fishmongers, everything always fresh. They will always check every single clams and oysters to make sure they are alive.

Is good place the only thing is that they always close early as they said on the door and here( google)I got there at 6:35 and they said that is close.

Was just there today, to order something as simple as oysters. There was nobody in there, and I told the worker that I was there to get a few oysters. He proceeds to get a bag, but then the phone rings. He completely ignores me and goes on for a good 10 minutes speaking in Spanish. In the meantime, some customers walked in and he proceeds to talk to them about what they were looking for, all completely ignoring me. I walked out after this. Also, this place does not look clean at all, so I should have known better than to even consider spending my hard earned money in this place where they can't even get their act together and treat customers with a minimum of respect.

Great selection. Friendly staff! I’ve been here a couple times and have been able to get some great stuff. The fish are super fresh!

Where do I even start, this place is amazing!!!Hidden seafood gem ? in Queens! The freshest fish in Astoria!!! Please stop by and experience it for your self. Locally sourced, which you don’t get often in other seafood markets. Lobster, oysters, clams, you name it they have it and if they don’t they will special order it. They go above and beyond to make your seafood market experience unique.Highly recommend!!!

We’ve been going to this fish market for over a year but lately it has been terrible. Ahi tuna filets have been grey and overly fishy, salmon was dull and grey after half a day in the fridge and finally the shrimp smelled sour the day after we bought them (yes they were refrigerated and we have left them for a day in the fridge before). We gave them one last chance with the shrimp since that was always a safe bet but they have officially lost a customer. Sell fresh produce!!

Purchased about two pounds of wild salmon from Blue Island fish market. At 20/lb it was pricey but worth every cent. The service was quick and great. The fish smelled/tasted wonderful. Great tenderness, perfectly rich and without that fishy aftertaste you get from lesser quality fish.I will definitely be back!

Great fish selection. Homemade crab cakes are great.

Great for sashimi-grade tuna and salmon. Seems they have added my favorite, yellowtail, since I've moved away. The restaurant portion of the store is okay-ish.
