75% of orders I place there are wrong. Just today I ordered 6 dry bagels and half a pound scallion cream cheese. When I checked the bag it contained only 4 bagels, so I had to go back to the counter. Because of bad experiences with inaccuracies on previous orders, I always double check while I'm still in the store. Please do better.

Best iced mocha I've ever had, great sweet tea. Bagels are HUGE and the sandwiches are absolutely stuffed, so I think it's worth the money. You can pick from one of their specialties listed or make your own.The only issue I've had is that it's SO hard to hear inside when ordering, so make sure they've got your order exactly right. My husband had a tough time getting oat milk in his coffee because they kept going around about "Oatmeal" and I think they ended up putting real milk in the coffee- which he can't have without medication. If you go in knowing this, you're golden.

Great place. Their bagels were soft, fresh, delicious, and big. I enjoyed a poppyseed bagel with buffalo chicken cream cheese spread. It was the right balance of tasty and spicy. Coffee was fresh and hot. They have a small dining area inside. Staff was friendly and service was quick. A 5-10 minute walk from the end of the subway line near Ditmars and 31st Street.Parking: Parking can be difficult to find during lunch and dinner rush hours. I paid a metered spot on 31st Street and walked over. It was worth it.

Absolutely the best everything bagel I’ve had in my 30 years of being a New Yorker. I’ll travel from South Brooklyn just to get a bagel here on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Unfortunately, no photos from my part because I always tear into them before I can remember to photograph. They’re that good! The scallion cream cheese is always loaded with scallions as well.

Only purchase bagels in the morning. Do not get sandwiches. There are legitimate safety concerns about the food.The cream cheese is over whipped, the eggs lacking salt and the restaurant doesn’t throw away expired or overcooked bacon
Decent!! It's a great spot with decent coffee and tons of options. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a reliable breakfast! Busy on the weekends!
