the woman at the front is absolutely rude. i had a pick up order so I could get my food when i arrived, and leave. She made me wait 30 minutes past my pick up time. She proceeded to tell me to “wait” as she moved in SLOW MOTION preparing other orders, and ignoring incoming customers. When she finally handed me my food after thirty minutes, she didn’t even bother to close the bag, or apologize for making me wait 30 minutes. she didn’t even say thank you.

The manager in the afternoon gave me a hard time when I brought my food back after I said I requested no tomatoes and told her I had an allergy she said I could’ve just picked it off myself so this person clearly has no idea that type of stuff can put someone in the hospital. My experience was the worst here and I usually like Burger King
