This location has awful service when you go in and also order online. If you order online they don’t want to refund you for the items they don’t have. They force you to get something else you don’t want instead of just refunding the transaction. Awful location. Damien needs better training.

As always one of the worst food/service experience I’ve seen. Not one or two times they get things wrong, its 7 times out of 10 you will get something wrong in your order. HOWEVER, they have a very professional general manager called Summer, she is really trying to change that store and i guess she will, she helped me before with a wrong order that i received from that store and she was amazingly helpful and she handled our anger very professionally, good luck and I hope things gets better!!

Also Very Distracted Workers They will BURN YOUR FOOD My Spicy chicken wrap Was Burned My side of Fries Were Extremely Salty And ALSO BEWARE !!!!! Their Letuce Was Expired Made Me Sick and my mother sick I did Not Report This Place because i was in a hurry and didnt kept the receipt Be Careful Guys Please

Most like to grab & go chained food store, but good for office people.
Burger King on 21 St in Astoria is in a small plaza with other fast food chains. This particular Burger King is somewhat under par from most others that I have patronized. The food is very consistent with the other Burger Kings as you would expect but the service at this particular Burger King is definitely below standard. For one they are under staffed . I went there at about two p.m. and there was roughly four others people milling around that had already ordered but were waiting to receive there orders. There were only two people behind the counter. After I ordered I noticed that the receipt price for the whopper jr meal was not itemized and the price was not the same. It was only a slight difference but their prices should match what’s advertised and what’s on the receipt.but their prices should receipt only showed the total and tax and I also asked for extra mayo which was a dime. Overall I waited roughly 20 minutes for the meal which was a little long of a wait than usually. Parking can be a little tight cause the parking lot is rather small.
