I don't buy food there anymore and I was waiting for my order and I see a mouse and then the black woman who was in front was very rude to me when I told her that there was a rat there. O2/18/2024

I love this burger King because of the worker. One in specific I don't know her name but she is a Mexican lady who is awesome and so kind! All stores should have people like her! The food was good too and it was a clean environment.

This location is extremely understaffed. The lady who seemed to be the manager was extremely unprofessional and was loudly cracking jokes with the people on line about one of the non English speaking drivers. She also had no training courtesy to let us know there’s a wait cause it seemed like they were tackling online orders, she just ignored the customers walking in so most people left. She needs training for sure

Good food, but the night manager at the counter had an unnecessary attitude

the yall skinny girl tells me as i finally get my chance to get to the counter so not stans so close to the corner of the counter as if I plan to go around the counter from here on in its pretty much silent abuse ignoring me and taking literally 30 minutes to make an impossible whopper with 2 whopper juniors and one onion rings large 12.24cents I allow all customers to pretty much go first yet when the foods done with smoke filled air for 33 minutes she says 97 I say since I'm new at non drive thru places did you need my receipt is there anumner on my receipt no answer nothing an Uber eats electric bike delivery guy is blocking me from reaching my bag which she placed on the counter for me I say can I get to my good he starts lookkng in my bag to be a wiseazz says oooooo is this the order I say dont touch my food he says relax like a scammer I say you relax he says no you relax ad gets in my face why doesn't the lady who told me not to go behind the counter tell him to allow the customers access to the counter ?

Horrible experience. Went in there and was greeted by employees complaining about how it was busy from Uber eats orders. When the employee was about to take my order, she was yelled out by her cook that she better tell me that it’s going to be a hour wait. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable, this store needs to be under new management asap
