Not what it used to be. Went with a 7 person group and service aside from the waitress was disappointing.Had to ask for napkins, plates, and water multiple times from multiple people as it was not brought out with the orders/upon seating and it seemed obvious that our requests were forgotten. Only one waitress allocated to the 2nd floor that night and it was clear that they are short staffed, as there were other large groups seated.Menu has been updated to cut down on the items (RIP Edison burger). Burgers were overcooked (asked for medium, got well done) and a table mate got the string beans for a $3 surcharge. Don't bother with the string beans as they're from a can and looked like they were heated in a microwave. Drinks are good but too sweet for my liking

We went during the night for dinner and drinks, the host gave us a table, after 15 min no server came to our table… all the servers we saw were busy. No even a glass of water no service at all. We left after we noticed no one gonna take our order.

I used to love this place and getting the mac burger and loved the mac and cheese here but they changed the recipe and use shell noodles for the mac and cheese and the sauce is so much worse now.

I used to love this place. I didn’t go for the fancy cocktails although I’m sure they’re fine. I would go because I knew I could get a no nonsense decent burger with literally whatever you feel like on it. They revamped the menu and took away cheddar and blue cheese which is very very odd. It’s strange to have a burger bar without either of the most popular cheeses to add on. If they added that back I would still go regularly.
The absolute best burger spot in New York. I highly recommend trying any of their spots around NYC.

My boyfriend and I tried this place for the first time and it was great! The service was friendly, they were attentative to our needs such as re-filling water without us asking. There are restaurants where you have to ask the waiter to refill the water (I understand if the place is busy but if the business is slow and the waiter is not attentive that is a pet peeve).The recommendation that the waiter suggested was great! We ordered two burgers ( Baconology and Genus burger both with sweet potatoes fries) plus an appetizer (Nacho Board). This burger place is way better than this other burger place in Queens claiming to be the best in Queens. That burger place, (NOT BURGEROLOGY) was whatever and the owner clearly doesn't know how to handle reviews. Burgerology Astoria I recommend??????
