I've been meaning to leave a review for this restaurant for some time. From the moment I first came here, I knew I'd become a regular, and I definitely have. BEST Mexican restaurant in NYC. Food is always consistently amazing. I always order the chicken & shrimp tacos. Flavor is amazing. The margarita's are strong. The service is always spectacular. Every worker here is so so kind and attentive. One of my overall fav restaurants. I love it here

I have been in love with this restaurant since they opened. They used to have a truck. The shrimp tacos are to die for. The guac is fresh and tangy. The intrincadas are another fav. Margaritas are just right especially the spicy one. Their homemade hot sauces are the best I’ve ever had! The cajeta buñuelo dessert is so yummy! My fav Mexican restaurant in Queens!

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. Me and my friend stopped by for takeout and the lady helped us taking our ordered did not speak English and made a mistake of my order and overcharged which was fine but then when I got home, half of my order was missing. I called in and asked if they can deliver the missing food. First, she said she can't deliver food then passed the phone to a very rude guy who explained to me it was my responsibility and mistake that I didn't check the order before I left the restaurant and he will need my detailed bank information (clearly this employee should not be asking such personal information to the customers) for a refund and told I need to be at the restaurant in order to process refund. I then went back with the food to see they can just void the order. Oh boy, this rude manager was yelling and cursing "Get out bxxxx!" at me again plus yelling racism comments about my race. Other customers were shocked to see that too. I will never go to this place again and it seems the place is run by unprofessional and disrespectful people proven by other reviews I see mentioning unprofessionalism and extremely rude employee examples. Living in NYC over 20 years but something like this level of horrible customer service (borderline scam and verbal violence...i could have called a police there for falsely overcharging and not even serving what the customer paid for) was my first time. Please be very careful if you ever decide to go to this place.

This place is the best and we're often surprised it's not busier at times. Absolutely a must-try. Service is always great and the food is undeniably delicious. The appetizers in particular are all great, and we love brunch here. Plenty of vegetarian options as well. Looking forward to trying more of the menu, including the Intrincadas.
