I got the 24oz ribeye with the garlic mashed potatoes, the creamed spinach and the lamb cigars for appetizers.
The lamb cigars were pretty good. The steak itself, cooked to perfection…but bland. The mashed potatoes were average and the creamed spinach was pretty good.
Overall, I’m not mad I went here, but I probably wouldn’t go here again.

Came with a party of 10 on a Saturday night. The place was packed and we were a large party, so it was understandable that service was on the slower side. The food and drinks made up for it though, and they gave the birthday girl her desert on the house.

Absolutely wonderful!! Enjoyed my sister's birthday in Christo's rustic, cozy atmosphere. Our main server, Luiz took great care of our party of 4, making great suggestions and showing great patience as we explored the menu. While entertained by the dancing lobsters in the tank, we pigged out on a huge Greek salad, great calamari, stuffed clams & cocktails. We actually had to carry portions of our entrees (steak, jumbo shrimp, spinach & mashed potatoes) home. We'll certainly be back!!

Absolute perfection, all around. I live in the neighborhood, and have only eaten here a few times. Last night, after hitting the gym (and while en route to pick up some to-go food, elsewhere nearby), as I was approaching Christos Steakhouse, I thought 'you know, I'd been MEANING to eat here again, in the near-term...!' Having had worked up an appetite at the gym, I decided to just march myself right in, and ask for a seat at the bar, lycra gym pants and all.
When you go to a steakhouse, you pretty much know what to expect, and Christos delivered on all points. The host was professional and gracious. The bartender who waited on me was perfect. I got a filet mignon, perfectly cooked medium rare. It was delicious. Ditto for the large spears of asparagus, which had just the right amount of crunch. And my glass of merlot and garlic whipped potatoes were also excellent.
A number of other people working there would periodically pass by and ask me how my meal was. Everyone there was professional and kind.
If I had just one 'critique', it would be that I was a bit disappointed that there weren't any more 'special' potato dishes, such as maybe lyonnaise or au gratin. Typically, when I'm at a steakhouse, I do really look forward to a more fancy type of potato dish that I wouldn't normally find, outside of a steakhouse.
Either way, this is a real gem of a place to have in the neighborhood!

Christos Steak House delivers excellent steaks and outstanding service,both truly top notch. The only downside for me is the menu including Greek style portions like Greek salad and calamari, which feel a bit out of place for a traditional steakhouse. Overall, still a great experience for steak lovers.
The service was excellent. The staff is very kind and welcoming. For the price the steak was not as good as we have had other places. We had a great time.
