I was literally so excited to go into the store and everybody's attitude was so nasty. One person was rude, one person was chill, and the other person wasn't paying attention to anybody. I lived in this neighborhood 6 months and I'm so disappointed cuz I was so looking forward to stopping by the store.

Gentleman cashier appeared to not see my family waiting for service. The customer ahead of them paid with a card but my family was told they couldn’t use a card. He had a nasty tone and unacceptable demeanor. My family decided to leave without being served.

Very creamy and tasty ice cream! The store was very clean and has nice colorful signs showing all the menu options. The service was excellent, they were very nice and helpful. The ice cream was fantastic as usual. Love coming here, especially during the summer.

I visited Cold Stone on Thursday, Sept 21st, 2023 around 4pm. The yound lady at the counter had an attitude like she didn't want to be there. She didn't make my order with love. Normally the servers are very nice and hospitable but she was not. She was working alone and she was not happy to be there. It was very obvious.
