Yes, Cold Stone might be a franchise, but this location feels anything but ordinary thanks to Micheal.. the heart and soul of the shop! He’s there almost every day, always greeting customers with a warm smile and adding a personal, welcoming touch that makes you want to keep coming back. And YES, they have the famous CHOCO TACO everyone’s been raving about on TikTok! Just make sure to come early because they do sell out fast. Ice cream is great, service is even better. Micheal makes this spot feel like your neighborhood go-to.
I’m not sure what it is about this location but anytime I order delivery they mess up the toppings. It’s either toppings missing, skimped, or both. You pay $2.50 per additional topping and they’re still skipping??? Management stop being greedy. It’s over 20$ for ice cream.
Location is in a great spot. Store is kept clean. Staff are nice. Would buy from here again. I just won’t be ordering delivery anymore.
