Yes, Cold Stone might be a franchise, but this location feels anything but ordinary thanks to Micheal.. the heart and soul of the shop! He’s there almost every day, always greeting customers with a warm smile and adding a personal, welcoming touch that makes you want to keep coming back. And YES, they have the famous CHOCO TACO everyone’s been raving about on TikTok! Just make sure to come early because they do sell out fast. Ice cream is great, service is even better. Micheal makes this spot feel like your neighborhood go-to.

I’m not sure what it is about this location but anytime I order delivery they mess up the toppings. It’s either toppings missing, skimped, or both. You pay $2.50 per additional topping and they’re still skipping??? Management stop being greedy. It’s over 20$ for ice cream.
Location is in a great spot. Store is kept clean. Staff are nice. Would buy from here again. I just won’t be ordering delivery anymore.

Terrible, I order a big bucket of ice cream the lady only gave me half of a small banana she was giving me and my family an attitude the whole time

I was literally so excited to go into the store and everybody's attitude was so nasty. One person was rude, one person was chill, and the other person wasn't paying attention to anybody. I lived in this neighborhood 6 months and I'm so disappointed cuz I was so looking forward to stopping by the store.
Gentleman cashier appeared to not see my family waiting for service. The customer ahead of them paid with a card but my family was told they couldn’t use a card. He had a nasty tone and unacceptable demeanor. My family decided to leave without being served.

Very creamy and tasty ice cream! The store was very clean and has nice colorful signs showing all the menu options. The service was excellent, they were very nice and helpful. The ice cream was fantastic as usual. Love coming here, especially during the summer.
