My husband and I used to order from crave at least once a week, the past 4 orders they delivered were either wrong or the food was destroyed for ex: the personal bbq chicken pizza was mangled it was like a monkey took the box and shook it.. and then little errors like forgetting dressing and drinks. Last night was the final straw I ordered a simple cod sandwich with lettuce and tarter sauce on a potato bun.. I opened my sandwich and there was a slab of see through brown wet lettuce and hard bread and I paid almost 15$ for a sandwich that would of been better from McDonald's.. I'm so highly disappointed especially being a customer for so long (btw I threw away the sandwich and went to burger king)

I would have given a 0 for the service, if possible. The service is really bad, we were asked 3 times for our order and they didn’t even know how to make our gyros. The gyros was good but it came without any sauce (tzaziki). It was unreal that after placing our order and waiting for 10 minutes, we were asked again what we ordered… 3 minutes later, they asked again. Then, they asked 2 times if we wanted our order to go….and everything happened with no other customers in front of us…Finaly, we got our food and went home to make a sauce for it…A, and they asked for tips :/

I have ordered from Crave many times and it used to be one of my go to places. More recently they have made some changes to their bowls. They used to use regular fries but have switched to 'crave fries' that are not nearly as good. The pita used to come in nice slices and now is just haphazardly wrapped in parchment paper. Last night when I ordered I noticed that the lettuce was wilted and my food seemed like it was not fresh. I am really hoping that Crave goes back to their regular fries and slices of pita bread. I really miss how the food used to be. Crave, please go back to the way things were!

Impprofessional customer servicesI order first time and they never send me any sauces or fork or sponge how even I’m supposed to eat my salad it’s insaneAnd I ignored it I said it’s okey I’m not gonna bother them but they really did it again in my second order! They send you food without any napkins or forks or spones and they charge for each little cup sauce ! And they lie to your face it’s the law required that … how I’m supposed to eat the food with my fingers!

This is a review for a delivery via grubhub. I cannot speak on the service or atmosphere. The food wasn't bad but it is EXTREMELY overpriced. The portions were very small and I am not an over-eater to begin with. I ordered a chili cheese bowl and it wasn't even filled half way with fries! Fries are very inexpensive so it's crazy that they are charging $16 for a bowl that was 1/3 full. i also ordered the cauliflower bites "plate" and it looked like a small appetizer for $17! What a rip off. Never ordering at this place again. Eat here if you want small portions/tapas style for a quick bite.

I don't think this is as bad as the reviews lead on, though I haven't visited the actual location and just got late night delivery, and for late night delivery it wasn't half bad. I got the BYO grilled chicken and BYO hamburger, which were both solid. The chicken souvlaki with broccoli was actually really good and flavorful. The pretzel was nothing special and could probably have done without as it's just a generic pretzel. I was initially suspect of the baklava as it has very runny honey/simple syrup on it but it was also pretty tasty. I'd consider ordering from here again late night as a solid last resort option.

This place is super consistent, the food is always great and hits the spot. Lovely workers who remember their customers and treat them well. The best avgolemono soup too!

Crave makes a great souvlaki and the rest of their menu is delicious greek faire. They are consistent with preparation and the prices are a good deal. They have good hours too. Highly recommend for a solid souvlaki choice.

Waited over 20 minutes for what must be the most pathetic “sandwich” I’ve ever seen in my life. See photo. Don’t waste your time…

I usually order in and I order about 2 times a week... I love it because you have a VARIETY of amazing foods... My husband loves the bowls and the personal pizzas are just delicious. And their soups and salads are absolutely delicious as well. I would give Crave 10 stars if I can!!!!!Vegetarian options: Great selection ?
