I love this place, both this one and the 30th Ave one but they have to fix their hours on this app. It’s says they close at 8 but I went at 5 it was closed.

Earlier I had the Green Goddess salad. As well as the Nutty Oatmeal bowl and both were amazing. I also loved the great customer service that I received from the employees. I am very grateful to have a new salad spot in Queens.

Overall I have a good experience when it comes to the food and the service here. The one big issue I notice is a certain staff member who is consistently rude. The larger woman with the blonde hair genuinely puts no effort into her job and customer service and is purposefully rude and nasty. When me and my husband come here for food, she slams our drinks around on the counter, has thrown our change at us without exchanging any words, and looks like she does not want to even interact with us in the first place. This makes our visits unpleasant and someone who acts this way should not be employed in a customer service role.

Visiting son and his wife and needed a quick and healthy lunch. My daughter-in-law recommended Create. We were not disappointed. My wife’s salad was fresh and delicious. My L.I.C. Sandwich was also excellent. Atmosphere appropriate for fast food establishment. Cashier was very helpful since we were first timers and didn’t completely understand the order system.

I met a friend for lunch and we both got the green goddess avocado salad and seltzers. It was tasty. However, two criticisms: the workers didn't know what kind of oil is used in the dressings (with so many having dietary needs/allergies, how can this be the case these days?) and te roasted sweet potatoes needed to be cut smaller. They were full round discs, which was not only too large but the skin was too tough to cut with a fork, which is all you're given with a salad. Otherwise, a good experience.

The staff are nasty especially when you are getting a salad. When you ask to have an apple added to the salad where they just need to reach out grab one and cut it, feels like an extra chore to them. Today they put in my salad grapes with thick seeds inside the size of a lentil without consulting if I wanted green or red ones. The ingredients are disgusting and cheap. Also, today when I was there going to pay the guy was cleaning and fixing the suckchion on top of grill that had rawChicken being grilled. A lot of stuff dropped on top of the chicken. They are always chatting and stupid enough speak crap about some people in Spanish not knowing that some people may not look Spanish but understand what they are saying. The food bar there is the worst. The juice bar not that bad.
