Fresh and delicious food!! Extremely impressed with the management and very well spoken server, they keep the place clean and tidy. Tried paneer pakoras for the first time and I’ve never had anything like it, crunchy on the outside soft and flavorful on the inside..I can never have enough of their tamarind sauce!! Butternut squash soup especially in this weather definitely hits the spot! Had their lamb biryani 10/10 very flavorful and lamb was very tender, the yogurt sauce it comes with it was very good as well! We also got ChiliGarlic naan and coconut naan which was fluffy and soft just the way we like it! They have large vegetarian options as well we had baingan bharta and chana masla both of them were 10/10!! Left the place full and satisfied!

We had this Indian restaurant cater my birthday, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was, and many went back for seconds (and thirds!).
The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly easy to work with, which made the whole event stress-free. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Since they’re new to the neighborhood, I just have to say: this place is a true gem and deserves all the love and support.
If you’re considering catering or just looking for amazing Indian food, don’t hesitate, highly recommend!

Terrible tasting dishes. The dal makhani was full of cream added over, no authentic taste. Chicken tikka masala was sweet and dry gravy. I don’t know where they get their chefs from. As an Indian I would stay far away from this joke of a place selling itself as authentic.

Since we generally do take out, especially this time of year, I couldn’t rate the atmosphere or the service, but if it’s like the taste and quality of the food, it’s probably excellent. We had our usual fare… samosas (I hadn’t had a chicken samosa in years so I was doubly impressed) and the chicken tikka masala finished with the gulab jamun. They even threw in some garlic naan as a surprise— light and crispy to perfection. The samosas especially were to brag about, stuffed to the brim with the perfect blend of spices, as crispy as you would want, even after the 10 minute walk home in the cold. I highly recommend. I’m so glad they’re only 10 minutes from my house. They will be added to our routine of fabulous Astoria edible delights.

The food was fine, but nothing really stood out. naan was thin and crispy with holes, rice was dry, chicken was stringy, sauces had good flavor but the korma was more like a paste . The lime lemonade was definitely artificial and had that strong cleaner-type taste, which wasn’t great. The service was awesome though, and the restaurant was clean with nice lighting and good vibes, even if the music was on a loop.

Every time I go to a new city I love trying the Indian food in the local area. Out of all the places I’ve tried in my little trip in New York, this is hands down the best price to flavor ratio. If I have the pleasure of finding myself in Astoria again, I wouldn’t hesitate coming back to enjoy the wonderful food here all over again. The naan was flaky crisp fresh..and still soft to bite. If a place has great bread, that’s where you go. Wow. 11/10. 6/5. Wow!

I ordered takeout from here to comfort a friend who had just lost their job. They jokingly put in the notes that they had just been fired and asked them to make their dish extra special. We weren’t expecting anything from this but the people here were so kind and gave them a mango lassi and some kind words. Even separate from their kind gesture this is some of the best Indian food I’ve had in astoria. Will 100% be ordering again and again ❤️

We ordered from Grubhub and the restaurant made every effort to make the delivery right despite Grubhub. Although we didn't get the opportunity to try their food, the friendliness and exceptional caring customer service we received was outstanding. Hope to experience the food soon
