I am a customer and have been ordering from this place and was very happy with food and service, until todayToday I walked in after work to get order to go and had experience that I would rate as "-1" on the customer service level.The person who seems to be a manager, or an owner, went out of his way to make me feel unwelcome.He scolded one of the employees for giving me wrong chang and did it in very rude manner, looking at me like it was my faultThen there were 'faces' when I asked for sauce and for my order to be placed in a bag. It never been a problem before.Manager might have been having a bad day, but it should not be my problem in any way.As a side note, if you have a new employee, it is your responsibility to give them proper training and not scold them in front of customers, or take your temper out on them if they have done something incorrectly. You also do not take your temper out on customers.I would say one customer less

Pizza ok, but pricy. They only employ Latinos. Front and back of the house and delivery. This business needs to learn about equal employment opportunity. I asked if I could use the restroom and I was ignored. Terrible service.

First time ordering delivery over the phone. It was quick, easy and pleasant.No problems there.Both the delivery guy and the guy taking the order were nice and friendly.My issue was with the food.The pizza slice was very hard. Especially at the end crust.(And I usually like crispy crusts!) This was not crispy. The whole slice was just hard and unenjoyable to eat.The Grilled chicken salad was equally terrible.The salad came with a vinegarette style dressing already mixed into it, so much that the salad was swimming in it. And then putting the hot chicken on top of the salad and sealing it with the plastic cover made most of the tomatoes, cumbers and lettuce melt.Also, the chicken was very rubbery and had a really strong chicken smell to it. I hope it wasn't spoiled. Needless to say it was not appetizing at all and mostly inedible.I only ate some of it because I was at work and I was hungry.Plus I spent nearly $25 on it.Sorry, I will not be ordering from there again.

This chicken cutlet brocolli and ricotta pizza needs some white sauce base. Pizzas look like they have been sitting a long time.The guy in the front was pretty nice.Atmosphere seemed calm and nice to sit in.

My go-to pizzas are the bruschetta, the plain, the Sicilian or any of the chicken ones like the buffalo or the barbecue. I think every neighborhood needs a place like Dino's. They just sling classic good neighborhood pizza. It's the perfect meal before heading out or after a long day of work. They have a great rewards system you can sign up for. The pizza guys are always very friendly and the ambiance is great. I love their Christmas decorations.

Not to mention the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The only guarantee is your order IF DELIVERED… will be MISSING ITEMS, SLAPPED TOGETHER WORSE THAN DOG FOOD, NO DRESSING FOR SALAD ( TOOK 30 mins just to redeliver EXPIRED TASTING DRESSING( co workers confirmed) PASTA SAUCE AND CHEESE ALL OVER EVERYONE ELSES ORDER FOR FOOD THAT REALLY ISNT BETTER THAN A PIZZARIA IN A TRASHED HOOD. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money, to probably get food poisoning

If ur looking for a really good quick bite this is the best pizza spot in Astoria. They have a vodkapasta slice that's so good and the best customer service!! Once they forgot my garlic rolls by accident and they still came back to deliver it. I really appreciated it The ambiance is really good vibes all the workers have great energy !!

Eh, it's ok. Went in because it looks nice and I walk by it all the time. Pizza was just ok, nothing I would rave about. Prices are decent too so not a ripoff. Just nothing Id venture specifically for.

I order from this restaurant consistently. Safely say at least 10 orders in the past month. My kitchen is being fixed so I need utensils with my order. Each time I check the utensil box and never receive utensils. I called them last week and he apologized and said put it in each item box that you need utensils and I did and again no utensils. When I called back the person that picked up was like okay and proceeded to hang up on me while calling me crazy. Wow what a way to treat your customer. I don't expect them to care about losing my business but to the owner just know your team is helping you lose customers.
