DiWine Natural Wine Bar & Restaurant

First time visiting yesterday. Steak bites, burgers and rib eye were perfectly cooked. Pizzas are also a great size.

Drink and extensive wine Menu. Loved la pasion drink.

Beautiful venue. Friendly and attentive staff.

They accommodated our reservation of 10 with no issue.

Will def be back again.

Honestly the whole joint is fire (sick seating up imo), the ribeye and octopus are good (however I said rare, not extra rare). The SERVER had no idea what natural wine meant. Plus their selection of natural wines is like 2 out of 40 options. Would I come back? Ehhh I would have to be 2 glasses in and a lit group to come back here. Other than that im gooood. Next.

Love it here. Hubby and I come here nearly weekly for date night. The food is good, and the staff are kind. The booth seats are intimate and they have live music on Thursday nights. The happy hour is also until 7pm which is generous. We have had nearly every item on the menu and they are all good.

My overall rating is due to the food, everything else was great! The service was nice and I enjoyed being able to ask anyone for assistance/not just look for your one server. The bottle of wine we got was very nice and decently priced / they have a nice selection of wines by the glass and bottle. The food however, was not good. The oysters were okay to bad, the ceviche barely had any seafood in it (was primarily a veggie mix), and we got a salad that was so salty we ended up sending it back. They did offer to remake the salad and take it off our bill which was appreciated. The lights outside kept going in and out which was distracting, but overall it was a cute setup. Again, the service and wine were great, but the food was awful. I would only go back for the wine.

EDIT: After reading the response from the owner and consulting the menu, I realized my date and I definitely overlooked the ceviche dish labeled as vegan. Knowing this, I think it's a fun vegan option and have increased my overall ratings. Thank you for letting me know!

Definitely a cool place to go for a date night! Great wine, great foods, and love the happy hour menu.

Vegetarian options: Menu has lots of meatless options but lots of cheese - wouldn’t be the best for dairy free folks.

The steak bites were delicious. Cooked to perfection. The pizza was okay. Could’ve been a bit more flavorful. The bacon pieces could’ve been more crispy to give it more texture and flavor.

The Gouda cheese on the board was my favorite, then the Brie. The cherry jam was a great addition. I would go again. Low key, calm atmosphere with great and attentive customer service.

This has to be the worst place I went to eat, Antoinette was my server on Aug 22, I had view of her working at the bar I saw her pick up a napkin cloth blow her nose in the napkin and she never put it down she held it beside her head and she picked up a glass and started cleaning the glass with it and kept grabbing more glasses, this women is a danger to the restaurant, if I were to get one of those glasses I would be in the hospital, I'm high risk.

Consistently delicious food over the years, but the menu has really been popping off lately.. come with a lot of friends so that you can try more ! Notable performances by half shell oysters, mini skewers, gambas al ajillo, and the portugese octopus, the pizzas (yeah all of them), cheese board combos, rack of lamb for special occasions, or the diwine burger for a casual but reliably delicious meal.

I discovered so many fun natural wines from all over the world on the wine list, and great by the glass pours, too! I'm guilty for getting drunk tho because the matcha martini is just p e r f e c t

Beautiful restaurant and great food. The jazz was lovely on Thursday night. Really good ambience, perfect for a date night. They have outdoor seating for the summer which is also quite nice.

Underwhelmed by the small menu (save for the pizza selection, which looked good), but pleasantly surprised by the tastiness of the food. The vegan ceviche was amazingly flavorful, and the two fish dishes were also good. Cute place, but the booth we sat in was odd--one side had sunken cushions and the table was so narrow it couldn't accommodate two entree plates across from one another. Probably wouldn't go back given the other possibilities in Astoria, but it was also a nice atmosphere and evening.

First visit here specifically for wine. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the wine choices. The bartenders were friendly, lighting, romantically dim❤️ and live jazz to top it off. The happy hour wine was also great! The happy hour oysters were surprisingly meaty! Pasta was yummy! Will be returning to say the least!

Always a great experience at DiWine and the food is always beyond delicious. Brought to friends for the first time and they couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was and how they can't wait to come back and try more. The wait staff were so accommodating to our “special requests” and shout out to the hostess/waitress who saved my white blouse from permanent espresso martini stains!

An Astoria gem with great oysters, a wonderful cheese board, and amazing service.
