The 2 times I have been here it's always a guaranteed great time!! The food is amazing! The drinks are strong the staff is great!!! I suggest go with valet parking because that area is very hard to find parking! DJ will have you dancing all night!

Visited this place on a Saturday. It was a great atmosphere with great Spanish music and lots of good looking woman, they outnumbered the men. The cover charge was not outrageous, $10, coat check $3 and the drinks were a decent price. This is a well run establishment. I highly recommend this place.

I went there for dinner with a few friends. We were seated on the lower section of the restaurant, our server was Eduardo and he was very knowledgeable about the menu. He explained how some of the special were made. So, we knew we had to try some of them. He helped us with the drinks. Their drink menu have some tasty but limited options, Eduardo made some suggestions of his own. Overall it was a good experience.

6 of us had Sunday brunch. We had a good time, just a few suggestions: lighting was too dim by food area. Music was a little too loud, couldn't hear each other talk. Dishes was spotty & filmy. Need new dishwasher. Some were even dirty. Food & mimosas were good tho. Staff were attentive & friendly

Absolutely love this place! The ambience is lively and engaging. The decor is beautiful and the service is impeccable. Our server, Omar was very attentive and genuinely cared about providing our table with the ultimate Don Coqui experience. The food came out fast and the portions were HUGE! The pernil was so crunchy and full of flavor. The salmon as a little sweet (in a good way!) and very juicy. I Will definitely come again, and again and again!

I celebrated my friend's birthday at this location and I had an amazing time. The music was lively and the food tasted amazing. Our server Mike G. Q was so kind and hospitable. He made sure to take good care of us. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for great food & service.

I have been to Don coqui several times and I usually don't have complaints, but this time the dining service was pointedly different. I was surprised to see a sign that suggested a cover charge for men two hour before the cover charge for women takes effect. What happen to the same price for men and women at the the time if there is going to be a cover charge at a certain time? Another disappointment was when I got my check there was an automatic gratuity even though we only had a party of three and sat for dinner at 8:35. The tip was not even worthy because the service was sub par and if they we going to do an automatic gratuity I would have liked to know before hand. The waiter was in a rush to get to the other tables, the dining area was overcrowded and the waiter waiter was way ahead of us when they showed us to the table. He placed the menu down and left while we were still making our way to the table. We had to navigate around tables on the opposite side just to get through. The chairs of seated guests were touching each other and closing up the space where we should have been able to walk by to get to our table. The food was flavorful as per usual, but I ordered mofongo with seafood and it was completely submerged in the stew that it resembled crushed baby's food. Oh! now there is a change to check your coat, but at least they don't force you to check it anymore. I guess you pay for the convenience. Still the drinks were great- the music was great and we had fun.
Went there for a Sunday brunch to celebrate a friend's birthday. The front entrance was locked tight and looked like they had suddenly closed. If not for the fact we had friends already inside who guided us to the alternate entrance, we might have gone away.

If you looking for a place you can get a great meal & then dance the night away, then this is the place for you. The DJ was definitely doing his thing, all types of music was played, it was very hard to not move your body to the beats. I will definitely recommend this location to my team, friends & loved ones.
