How to call somebody to ask them what string beans were. Did not eat the food and the place looked a little mid but would not consider going back

I'd really want to give it no stars but had to pick at least one. Worst Chinese food I ever had by far. Obvious low quality. Place is filthy. They don't even try. Gave them 2 chances. Second time was even worse.

I ordered vegetable fried rice, lo mein, Kung pau chicken, gen tso chicken, vegetable dumpling and chicken corn soup two days back. The lady who picked up my order seemed to be not courteous. Both the chicken dishes were okay but not great and the quantity was less. The fried rice and veg dumplings were not tasty. Lo mein was okay. The ambience seemed to be okay and the food preparation was quick and neat. Am Not inclined to recommend this restaurant to friends.

We’ve been ordering from here the last two years and it’s always been ok, good enough for a last minute dinner. Tonight we experience the worst customer service and finally decided to cut ties. Would rather pay a little more and wait a little longer than support poor business practices. They lost out on a once a week regular by not making it right.

This is hands down my favorite Chinese food spot in all of Astoria!! I swear by their Chicken Lo Mein and the egg rolls are always perfectly crispy! I order from here like twice a week tbh. Genuinely love this place.

If you order chicken wings or egg rolls from them the cook toss them in cold oil and heat it up as their cooking. Once ordered a pepper steak with onions from them and they left the supermarket label on the pepper..... The previous owners were better.
The family that owned this business sold it to some relatives and they're not very nice I want to say anything because this is a public space but I was tempted to order tonight and after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures I said no way not during Christmas.

This place used to be so good. The person who answered the phone was so rude that it made me uncomfortable but I still ordered because it was convenient. I asked for hot sauce and he said yeah sure rushing me off the phone. Still didn't put any. Then as I started to eat my chicken I realized the inside was raw. I'm super disgusted. It wasn't like this a few years ago. Now everytime I order something is wrong. I wont be ordering from here ever again.
