Ordered through mobile app Ice mocha late and this is the 3rd time they gave me milk with moca. Never add coffee. I explained that they need to add coffee but they woman’s on the morning shift don’t understand!!

I'm extremely disappointed in the food handling practices I witnessed at this Dunkin' Donuts location. While waiting for my order, I observed the food preparation staff wearing the same gloves to handle food and touch various surfaces without changing them, even after 15 minutes. This lack of proper hygiene protocols is concerning and raises serious health questions.
Regarding the staff, diversity and inclusion are essential for any workplace. A more balanced representation of different backgrounds and cultures can bring unique perspectives and skills.

I went 8/1. Last Thursday after work. To pick up my mobile order. When I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I ordered. SUNY Greeted me and started to work on my order. He took his time and made the drinks to perfection! Then he was extra kind and I was so thankful for my order and donuts. Thank you SUNY!!!!!!! ❤️ I Haven’t been to this location in so long due to bad customer service. About a year ago. But, I will definitely come back. Sunny and the new team were very kind and helpful!

I went a Sunday in the afternoon and the girl who was there was rude.She treated me like she was tired of me and I hadn't even asked for my order.
I ordered a matcha latte with OAT milk. I do not drink cows milk ever. When I got the drink I saw that it said milk and oat milk on it. I took a sip and asked the guy if he put only oat milk in there, he assured me that he did. It tasted off, but I thought I was being paranoid about the label. I drank half of it still due to the taste (it tasted like there was cows milk mixed in with oat milk). Now my stomach hurts and is bubbling and I also feel disgusted. I’ll never go here again.

The girls who work in the place more in the afternoon are too rude, whenever I ask for an frozen coffee without sugar and they put splenda in it, you don't want to prepare it or they give you a very rude answer, they say that the machine is broken or that You can't do it, which is a lie since I don't have that problem at other Dunkin Donuts.
