I'm extremely disappointed in the food handling practices I witnessed at this Dunkin' Donuts location. While waiting for my order, I observed the food preparation staff wearing the same gloves to handle food and touch various surfaces without changing them, even after 15 minutes. This lack of proper hygiene protocols is concerning and raises serious health questions.
Regarding the staff, diversity and inclusion are essential for any workplace. A more balanced representation of different backgrounds and cultures can bring unique perspectives and skills.

I ordered a matcha latte with OAT milk. I do not drink cows milk ever. When I got the drink I saw that it said milk and oat milk on it. I took a sip and asked the guy if he put only oat milk in there, he assured me that he did. It tasted off, but I thought I was being paranoid about the label. I drank half of it still due to the taste (it tasted like there was cows milk mixed in with oat milk). Now my stomach hurts and is bubbling and I also feel disgusted. Iāll never go here again.
