When I arrived at the store and was looking at menu on the wall I decided to order the Lava Colada which is coconut and strawberry (As it clearly says on the wall) to share with my friend. When I got an orange and white looking drink and tasted it, there was Chamoy and Tajin in it. My friend is allergic to Chamoy and I was just happy they didn’t try it first. When I told the workers at the counter, two young(er) ladies, that they had made the wrong drink, they took it behind the wall and were scooping it out. I asked them to make a new one because my friend was allergic and they refused. I explicitly pointed to the sign where it said what the drink consisted of and they said I was incorrect. I asked again to remake it to what I actually paid for and they wouldn’t. By then, I was annoyed and walked out. I work in the same area of food and drink and I would never act like I was completely right when so obviously not like they did. Very rude for people who didn’t know what they were talking about. I just wanted what I had paid for and they were not willing to make up for their mistakes because of their arrogance/pride. I never write reviews but this encounter really upset me.

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts to grab a coffee to go and was disappointed to find that dogs are not allowed inside, even for quick takeout orders.
Let’s STOP DISCRIMINATE against people who are dog owners !!!!!!!! While I understand and respect health regulations, it feels like pet owners are excluded from a simple coffee run… Dunkin Donuts has a lot to improve not only on their policies but most importantly on the uncovered products that they have exposed meanwhile the flies are doing a party inside the store…🪰

FALSE Advertising - I went in today and ask if they were honoring the free coffee deal for national coffee day. The staff member said no that was yesterday. I then continue to order a vanilla latte. As soon as I finish paying for I notice that they are advertising a free medium when you buy something. I said. You told me you were not doing this? She say oh yea but you have to buy something. I said. I just did she said oh you had to ask before. This is terrible customer service. She refused to honor and acted she did not understand English. She said no we can not do this after you pay. No manager in staff and I have better things to do than argue. Taking my business elsewhere. Fake advertising.

this worker literally dropped bacon on the floor of my bacon egg and cheese and put it back on the sandwich. after i saw her do that and confronted her, she acted pissy that she got caught, all of a sudden started being sanitary washing her hands and putting on gloves. Beware what other staff members may do as well when you're not watching them make your food! they tried to blame it on her being new & training but i've seen her around here. They tried bribing me too with free donuts and munchkins lol.

I usually enjoy just the avocado toast here. However, today I tried these egg white and vegetable bites. They were flavorful and delicious. As always the service was great. Quick and professional. Thank you.
Parking: Parking is limited. Paid lot fills up because of the other shops in the plaza. There is a garage underneath and street parking, but they also fill up quickly.

They didn't know how to make decent latte. Milk was flavored with vanilla or something (may be leftover from previous order). Wasted money.
