I’ve never had such a disappointing experience at a Dunkin. The ladies working here are extremely rude every time I politely ask to scan coupons. Just because I’m using a discount doesn’t mean I deserve attitude. Customers should be treated with basic respect, regardless of whether we use coupons or not. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and makes me not want to return. I hope management trains the staff better because this is not how customers should be treated.

This location is close to my work place and have been frequent to this location. But recently the lady at the order counter does not know how to treat customer. I had $2 dunkin coupon and when I presented it the bad look she gave and her attitude changed completely.

Please keep store clean. I saw rat droppings today at the napkin table. It was 10:30am there so that means yall didn’t clean the tables at all before opening or even if 24hours open still not acceptable.

Everything is well the food is good but the service is horrible a woman named with an M (don’t remember her actual name) was horrible rude, gave me dirty looks and even when I kept ordering she was rolling her eyes cause I asked a simple question about one of the sandwich’s. I waited to see if she acted like this with all customers and I stand corrected she did and she was rudder to them.
