Everything is well the food is good but the service is horrible a woman named with an M (don’t remember her actual name) was horrible rude, gave me dirty looks and even when I kept ordering she was rolling her eyes cause I asked a simple question about one of the sandwich’s. I waited to see if she acted like this with all customers and I stand corrected she did and she was rudder to them.

I recently visited a small Dunkin' Donuts store in my neighborhood, and I must say, it's a hidden gem!The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a delightful experience.Their attention to customers is exceptional, always ready with a smile and eager to assist.Not only is the service top-notch, but the donuts and coffee are consistently fresh and delicious.I highly recommend this Dunkin' Donuts location for its outstanding service and quality treats – it's definitely worth a visit! Five stars without a doubt.Parking: Busy area, little hard to get parking.

I always have ICE LATTE CARAMEL WITH ALMOND MILK at dunkin donuts.Only this store has decent quality of coffee with correct price.Store manager Michael here trains employees properly and maintain the store and drinks quality the best.I don't use other dunkin donuts cuz they always make it wrong or charge different price over $8 for Ice latte..Dunkin donuts need more of well trained managers like Michael !

Staff is very nice but when using coupons on the mobile app in- store they don't know where the button is on the register for the price to drop for the coupon after scanning the barcode , so you get charged full price anyway , even if a item is suppose to be free with any purchase . I went to this location yesterday and explained this to the cashier after I noticed the price stayed the same after she scanned my barcode coupon on the Dunkin Donuts app and she didn't know what to do, so she just told me anything . Then a manager over heard me , he came out from the back and press a button on the register and the price dropped before I paid . Today I had the same issue and no one there out of 3 employees behind the counter knew what to do. I once again explained to them they had to press something on the register for the coupon to go thru for the price to drop before I pay and i was just told I couldn't use the coupon but it was because no one knew what to do. I never have a problem when I go to any other dunkin donuts , when I use my coupons the price always drops before I pay . I just wanted to make everyone aware of this situation so you don't get ripped off .

Staff and service, absolutely great. As always.They didn’t deserve the treatment this Karen gave them today due to her lack of time management. So to the rude woman pictured that ordered her hot coffee with extra cream on 10/11 around 9:50…. Do yourself and everyone else a favor and order on the app next time if you’re in such a rush. No one should have to deal with people like you, you’re old enough to know how to better prioritize your time.
Worst customer service!! I've never seen such rude stuff in any other places. The stuff ( women) are just nasty!! Especially the stuff names Lipika. She is nasty as hell. Those women stuff talk bad things about customers in their language in front of us thinking we don't understand what they are saying. Dunkin needs to provide at least average customer service. That's why Starbucks is billion times better. Not only their high quality food and drink. Their customer service is great at Starbucks. They are so well-trained. But Dunkin?? OMG! I bet they were taught to treat customers like a garbage.

Nothing special about this place or DD. I come here once in a while on my way to the subway. Coffee is blah, and donuts are sweet and not very inspiring. So only a rare necessity as there are better coffee shops nearby. I was last here in March btw.

This is my favorite Dunkin' in Astoria. The service is quick and they fulfill the mobile orders accurately, which is a big deal. My iced coffee always tastes the way I prefer. I wish they had more seating, but they can only work with the space given.

This particular Dunkin at 2514 Broadway is usually one of the better Dunkin Donuts in the area. Very spacious and well kept. Staff is usually great and never had an issue. However today I didn't have the best experience. Just ordered a green iced tea and some hash browns. They were out of liquid sugar which is very strange because its supposed to be used for a majority of their iced drinks. In addition their hash browns were waaay over cooked. Maybe they have new staff they're training? Hopefully they sort out these issues.
