Not an efficient location. Poor service.
They don’t really understand service or speed. They will prioritize people ordering at counter/register over mobile orders placed and can’t handle giving people straws as they’re way hidden in the back. Super slow
Don’t go here if you’re in a rush- otherwise order at the cashier directly

Everytime I get a Brown Sugar Shakin Expresso drink it is disgusting here. Its been twice now. It tastes like a cup of ice milk.

Terrible experience, rude staff and no charging spots

I really wanted to like this place, but it was a disappointment from the moment I walked in. The women working there were extremely rude and unwelcoming. Not sure why they had such an attitude, but it made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable. On top of that, there were no places to charge my phone. In today’s world, how do you not have even one outlet available for customers? Won’t be coming back.

They never have the drinks that are new and popular at the time. It’s been two weeks since they been out of the new Sabrina strawberry refresher. Barely our bacon in the avocado toast.

I stopped at this Dunkin' Donuts an ordered a drink called The Cappy, with Caramel praline flavor. The cashier didn't seem to know the products so we had to walk to that section to look at the photo before I could even make my order. When I went back to the cash register there was a lady with all black on with a head covering who rang up my order and told me the price was $7.49. I asked her why was it so much because the sign said the drink was $5.99. She told me the whipped cream was an additional 89 cents. I told her I did not ask for whipped cream and she should ask the customer if they want something before charging them for it. She yelled at me saying she can just take it off. I told her it's the principal she was charging me for something I did not ask for without communicating it with me and that is not good customer service. I paid for my drink but the cashier still wanted to talk back at me. The manager came over to see what was the problem. I explained the situation and told him the woman's energy is negative so i would not like anything from the place. I would like a refund. He politely refunded my money.

Left before the clerk even looked up from his phone. Uninviting space with a disorderly appearance. 24 hours seems to be the only attractive thing about this substandard location.

Be careful coming over here to this Dunkin' Donuts in the night time because the employees are lazy for some reason they feel like they don't have to work as much as the crew in the morning and it's pretty slow in the night time and for some reason why is it that we don't see Spanish people working here black people working here white people working here why is this business being treated like a monopoly the people that work in Dunkin' Donuts they speak in Bengali and it's very disrespectful if you are someone that doesn't understand their language this needs to change and it's not because the minority doesn't want the job it's because they don't give them the jobs
