Dunkin'

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I placed a mobile order and when I came to pick it up, I was shocked to find that my Boston cream donut was thrown in the same bag as my heated hash browns. The donut was completely melted, and when I politely pointed this out, I was met with a cold shoulder and dismissive attitude. The lack of care and customer service here is astounding. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

The worst customer service ever..... the hijab lady with glasses is so rude, and she was nasty reusing cups and washing them in front of me, she touch everything without changing her gloves.... and she refuses to give me a refund taking about call customer service. By the way, I will. After this review, the cashier number was 163137. On the receipt, whoever is the manager needs to check her ASAP

The food quality has decreased severely. Staff never gets the drinks right. I was a regular, I had to stop coming here. The girl with glasses in the morning has messed up my coffee in At least 5-6 occasions. Needs retraining on the skill set for sure! Sadly won’t be coming back.

I often had a bad experience with Dunkin’ for some reason

15 mins for a cup of coffee because 1 person works there and it’s always busy …. Very cheap owners
