The food is OK, but they can never get the order right and today we ordered a bunch of food. They left out two of the soups and when we came when we got the food, got the receipt. The soups were all on the receipt and that damn woman swore up and down that my husband did not tell her Two chicken noodle soups and one hot and sour, and I kept telling her it’s on the receipt and she kept telling me no no no do you know we never got that they never sent that food. They suck. And you’re so rude so you’re talking to them telling them what their problem is and they’re running their damn mouth at the same time don’t order from them.

I called to make my order, but the lady who answered was nasty and rude. I explained what I wanted: chicken wings chopped up extra crispy, and she sent enormous chicken wings whole and soggy. Based on our telephone call, I felt she had done it on purpose. The food took an hour to come, and when I called them to let them know they messed up on my order, they didn't even give me a courtesy order to make up for it; instead, she got rude and nasty. I hung up and blocked their number. I will never order from them again. Their food is not all that great, either. I've had better, to be honest. When it comes to people's food, you don't play with that, especially in your business, and kindness goes a long way.

Ordered takeout. Got dumplings, paid for extra sauce, made a note asking for extra sauce, got no sauce. Not even the standard one that comes with it. Serving dumplings with no sauce is like chicken wings with no blue cheese. Never going back here.

One of the filthiest Chinese restaurants in Astoria. Don't come here if you don't want cheap ingredients, including vegetables out of a can. My sweet-and-sour chicken was terrible with the condiments and the sweet and sour literally falling out of the plastic container onto my jeans. The restaurant needs a good clean with dirty floors and tables. Anyone who tells you otherwise about this Chinese restaurant, do some research and even an inspection before hand!
