This is a cute place and the food was alright, but unfortunately I have no idea what I ate because the waitstaff didn't speak any English. I tried to order the clam dish which appeared on their menu, and when I realized they weren't understanding me, I simply pointed to it, but they said it wasn't available. I always love this place. I come here during Ramadan so I have never tried anything off their a la carte menu. In Ramadan they have a set menu and you get a choice from 1 of 5 main meat dishes and then the rest of the food is just set on the table. I have been with many people and many have enjoyed this style and others haven't. If you are a very picky eater, vegetarian, vegan or gluten free you might have trouble here. The kids and I walked in starving and I loved that right after we ordered our server brought all sorts of small salad type dishes, pickled carrots, roasted peppers, hummus, tahini, with piping hot fresh bread for us to try. Well we weren't hungry for long. My son had the yummy lamb chops, I got the Koshari, and the girls had the chicken kabobs. We all walked away happy and there was SO MUCH FOOD that I have a doggy bag for lunch tomorrow, what's better than that?
