Pick your fish from the glass cabinet and they prepare it for you perfectly. Lots of types of fish to choose from and nice simple sides. Portions are enormous so be careful or you'll bring half your meal home. Always a non-fish option but not more than 1-2; you're there for the fish. Jenny and her son and the entire staff are warm and helpful.

Kid-friendliness: Lovely family atmosphere.

Anne Hathaway did not spit in my food.

I hoped I'd like branzino, & I definitely did! Don't think I'd had it before today. It was beautifully grilled & filleted w/ just a bit of oil & lemon juice. Toasted bread & Greek lager rounded out the flavor experience. Excellent family service for a tourist like me (& for regulars as well)!

First off, the food is great. But don’t expect any service. Food is consistent here, just don’t expect good service and you’ll be fine.

Service was very slow, and the food didn't make up for it.

Saturday night, only two servers running a restaurant of 24+ tables. Only two chefs in the back handling apps, sides and mains. Ridiculous. Absolutely boils my blood. There is no rhyme or reason for delivering food to a table. Don’t come here during busy hours, just not worth the wait unless you want to spend 3 hours waiting for dinner.

This place has everything. The people are nice, the food is beyond, and the outdoor patio is a gem rare to find in new york. The food could not be any better, the fish is always fresh and cooked to perfection. The people eating here just look happy and satisfied all around. So happy that this place exists.

Amazing first night in New York before we headed to Chicago. Elias Corner is absolutely fantastic. As far as the food goes, the oysters were lip smackingly fresh and the sardines were cooked well, the striped bass was grilled perfectly and served whole so we could get stuck in!! The salads and potatoes are straightforward but really compliment everything (definitely try the lemon roasted spuds, a must). A terrific surprise were the fantastic (and remarkably well priced Greek wines served by the carafe. The staff were really attentive without being “fussy”.
What a great evening.
