I used to enjoy their food. I do not enjoy the customer service. I made an order for pick up over the phone, since I’m in the neighborhood. On my way over I forgot to order a drink, so I called to add a Thai iced tea. I get there I pay for the order (40ish), but they made a separate order for the drink. Ok cool np… on no there’s a problem… there’s a minimum Apple Pa/CC of $10 cuz the drink it’s $7. “Sorry only cash for under $10”—uhhh I just paid 40 for the food I’m holding. Ok I have a benji, sorry we don’t have change. Ok—so what are we doing here? They didn’t allow me to charge the $7 for the drink!!! 😂😂 so I left without the drink—forever unfortunately 🤦♂️🤷♂️ thanks guys 👍 you guys need to hang it up

I ordered chicken pad Thai and the lychee Thai tea, side of cucumber sauce. Normal portion size, not small, not generous.
17.00$ Chicken pad Thai: I ordered the not spicy version. It was more tangy than sweet and slightly savory. Could not taste the peanuts, and overall underwhelming but to be fair I believe it is hard to find a good pad Thai.
5.00$ Thai lychee tea: tastes like black tea with a hint of lychee, they add one or two lychee fruits to the cup. The tea was somewhat strong and not overly sweet if that what you like.
.25$ Cucumber sauce: taste like a sweet vinegar sauce with little cucumber, onion, and maybe red pepper cubes diced up. It was alright, would order again.
Overall not great not terrible, but not sure if I’d order again.

The food was excellent! I had the Pad See Ew (highly recommend)! The mango and sticky rice was also really good. The service was amazing—Daria was our server and she was very kind and funny. The setting and the drinks were very fancy too. Overall, my experience here was fantastic. :)

Had some issues with a delivery order, Staff Via handled it with top notch customer care. It was near closing hour and there was no delivery service available so she personally dropped off the order at my door. Appreciate your employees because they are the one making a restaurant great!
