Not sure if you have to ask for ice separately but both times I've been here, the smoothies have been incredibly warm.

Don’t get the avocado toast. Seems like they use the store bought paste it’s not good. Also they didn’t have any iced coffee or the nitro cold brew

I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks the staff is rude. I love the bowls and smoothies from here. Pricey but good. I will say however they should update the prices on the drink board bc they’re not correct. But the biggest issue is the rude cashier. None of them are super friendly to be honest, but there’s one in particular who has a really bad attitude. Very short with her words and she just puts the item on the counter and walks away. Doesn’t even say you’re welcome when someone says thank you. And would it hurt her to smile? Idk her name, but it’s not the younger, smaller girls. Makes me dread going there.

Got to say I love this place I get a Heart beet with ginger everyday. And the meals are excellent.

This spot on Steinway is one of my go to places, not only for the food but for the customer service as well. Hana is one of the best and makes my time being there a pleasure every time. She offers new items and suggestions when it comes to meals and new products within the shop. Always a smile, good morning, kind and patient! The entire team there does an amazing job when working under pressure because this place can sure get busy quick. Always quick and efficient as possible, highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for quite sometime. I go to the gym in Brooklyn and go out of my way to grab a pink monkey from here to support! I’ve been hitting Fitrition since I lived in Melville- so it’s disappointing to come here and be given attitude for ordering a drink. It’s 9am and the two women who usually run the store just give attitude unnecessarily. Smile it’s FREE. Been coming for years but never again and an FYI I always leave a 5$ tip for my 10$ little drink but apparently I need to drop more according to their instructions
Very clean interior and friendly staff! Didn't have to wait at the time I went (although I went pretty late; around 8:00PM) and was served pretty much immediately. I got the Tropical Twist smoothie with an oat milk base and really enjoyed it.

This was one of my favorite places since I moved to Astoria 3 years ago. I usually buy3 juices for my family and I play their “ card game” I was offered the first time I visited : buy 10 juices get 1 free( a stamp for a juice- as it says in the card !!” I bought 3 juices today , the girl gave me 1 stamp and when I pointed out that 3 juices were bought she said “ it is per visit”, when I pointed that this is not what the card says she asked her coworker something in Spanish, they bought laughed and said: we told you it is 1 per visit. My reasoning and showing them what their own card and advertising says they said “ we don’t make the rules” . I asked to speak to the manager and I was told “ he is not here”. It is not about the money- it’s about the principles, kindness, and also- common sense! Both girls were rude, no reasoning worked, and I’m so disappointed that this nice community has to struggle with rude services- as I see complaints about the same workers in other reviews here.

I ordered delivery. They put the two heavy bowls on top of the thin cardboard box with the avocado toast, so the toast got squished. They also gave me a brownie instead of the raspberry hazelnut bar. When I opened the brownie, it was moldy all over, which makes me wonder about the freshness of their other ingredients... Will not be ordering from here again. Luckily the person handling my order was friendly and I did receive a refund for the bar.
