LOL I don’t know weather to feel robbed or stupid for paying 13$ for something that is missing 25% it’s that hard to fill a drink all the way up??? 13$ to get robbed if the man that works there you’re safe but the female that works there will make you get annoyed with a smug attitude the fact I asked for a large and got less is interesting! A nice quaint place in the busier part of Astoria. I came around here to get a post workout shake and they do have a decent selection of acai bowls and smoothies, no less than $10 but it's decent for the price. I had the "Thicker than a Snicker" shake which is a blend of chocolate protein and banana and it was a nice blend of flavors. I'd recommend this spot for those who are on a fitness journey or just want something filling and flavorful that's not considered junk food.

You can buy ready-meals to warm in a microwave and they're not bad at all for what it is. However it's not the best meal you will have. The smoothies and healthy (breakfast) bowls are their specialty if you wanna give that a try.

Been going here for years. Good selection of products but the service is real hit or miss. Sometimes you can walk in and nobody acknowledges you or says hello. Generally music is blasted at club levels so loud you can’t place your order or hear what people are saying.
