I like this dude
Absolutely Great experience from start to end. I initially brought in a MacBook Pro 2019 16” for a battery replacement, which Wilson quickly got to work on and replaced however it was not powering up. Long story short it was a main board issue and a defective replacement battery. While I waited for a new replacement battery, he got to work on the mainboard issue on the computer and was done when the battery arrived which he gladly installed all for an affordable price.( Better than other locations if any within the area, another great reason I chose FTS is because of the location very convenient). Not only did he repair this PC. While in the middle of discovering the mainboard issue I presented him with my father’s laptop (Samsung Note 7) for a new OS and SSD upgrade and got it running to optimal performance. All in all great service and communication through out the entire procedure I would definitely recommend him to anyone for their tech needs( PC, Phones, and Consoles etc.) I will return for any future repairs as well !
