Brought my gaming laptop in for a hinge repair. Wilson not only fixed that, but also noticed some hardware failure that he was happy to fix. Was friendly, professional, updated consistently via text messages, and charged a fair amount. He even gave me a bag to bring my laptop home in when he noticed I didn't bring one. A great experience!

High prices and paid diagnostics. A week after I picked up my laptop the screen became very dim and now after I left it to the same technician over night I came home and screen is cracked and doesn't turn at all!! This place is scam - I will go to police

My issue is that it says printing,copy, fax, scan all over the facade of this place. I stop in here to have a prepaid return label printed. The guy tells me based off the fact I need 1 page printed wasn't doable. He never greeted me and barely looked at me. He said they do large volumes of printing. Like what? Boy bye... Even at Staples and FedEx you can print 1 page. It is just that it was too far away and I needed the label to be printed asap. Or else I would have taken my business there. If you don't print, why does it say that on your door? Won't be returning here.

Wilson is the man! My computer has been lagging for a long while, mostly because its older and needed updating, and since I work in music I desperately needed a full update to record and not have any clipping or lag when the files get large.He was able to not only get it fully updated in a just a couple of days but also loaded in new hardware and more RAM on top of that. He's a wizard among men. Please go to him for all your tech needs. This place is legit and Wilson's your guy. Best decision I ever made.
