i asked her for highlights and to trim my bangs, she made my bangs uneven and cut the rest of my hair without permission and it’s not even, i wanted BLONDE CHUNKY HIGHLIGHTS AND SHE GAVE ME THIN ORANGE HIGHLIGHTS AND SHE DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT LOOK GOOD MY HAIR IS SO DAMAGED AND ITS FALLING OUT IN CHUNKS AND SHE REFUSES TO DO WHAT I ASKED FOR! I do not recommend this place if you want highlights
