Terrible food and service! I went there recently with a coworker and had to wait 40 minutes for a chicken parm and two slices, only for the food to be bland and tasteless. The service was just as bad—the cashier had a rude attitude, snapping that if he didn’t say the food was ready, then it wasn’t ready. To make it worse, people who ordered ahead of time arrived to find their food still not prepared. I had considered recommending this place, but I wouldn’t even feed that food to my dog.

My honest review of this plaCe. Very bad experience on my first day at the place. For starters prices are ridiculously high. As if we are at fault for the pandemic situation. Waiting 45mins for a chicken parm hero where the chicken wasnt even cooked nevertheless cut right. Eating the sandwich felt like i was eating something gummy. It sad how we have to through all this. I even left behind a stack of their flyer which i was going to bring it to our New Residential Building. So that right was a No No. .

Not a big fan of the price changes. I understand raising prices slightly but the amount they went up is just ridiculous.

The prices have gone up an extra $5 in EVERYTHING!! I order from there 1-2 times a week and they never told me that the prices were changing until the nasty delivery guy delivered my chicken parm hero that used to be $10.50 and is now $15. When I called and questioned them they refused to honor the price. They would rather throw food away then honor their regular loyal customers.

Been ordering here a lot only to find out they just basically double their prices on SIDES. Steamed broccoli was $6 now $10. Side order of meatballs $6 now $12. OUTRAGEOUS. Everything else went up too. You guys just lost a steady customer. Shameful.

Insane price increase recently. Some prices went up 50%. Taking my business to Bella Donna!

Best margarita slice I've EVER had.

I went in several times and the food was ok. Went in on 9/27/2024 and the service sucked. The cashier/serve attitude sucked along with the food. I will never go back. Plus, why are the drinks so expensive and it’s not a big restaurant….

I stopped in here around midnight without any expectations. You can't expect to have the best food that late but I was very impressed. Got a slice of cheese and pep. Both were very good and inexpensive. What I loved most about this place is the people working there. Even though it was midnight, everyone was smiling and happy to serve. Will definitely be coming back for a couple of slices

I had these guys at 5 stars, thought my last order was a fluke but once again got cold pizza. I live 3 minutes away! I could walk home with the pizza uncovered and still have it warmer. Delivery guys reason for being late, “Busy”. There must have been a recent change in management there. Never had a problem before at this place. Now twice in a row eating cold pizza. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else moving forward.

I'm in NYC visiting from Chicago where we have AMAZING pizza. Man I would come back here JUST for this pizza. I think I'm gonna order another tomorrow before I leave so I can take some home.

Best pizza ever!!! My son and I tried Hawaiian and plain pizza and we loved it!!!!? We loved the pizza crust it was really tasty? We have to come back again! The people who work there were kind and very nice?!!!
