This place should be 5 stars if it wasn’t for their bartender. I have never received such uncomfortable and rude service in my life. Otherwise, the food and prices are fantastic and it’s a wonderful place in Astoria. But save yourself and don’t sit at bar when Ernest is working.
If I can give 10 ⭐️’s, I would.
In our current economic state, I could NOT believe how affordable their menu was (in consideration as well of the portions). And of course, more importantly, how it tasted. Everything was well-seasoned and plated. Most notable though? The torched salmon. Melt-in-your-mouth goodness.
The staff — the sweetest bunch. I didn’t get to catch their names, but they were so
welcoming from the get-go....

Drinks and atmosphere are great, but bartender said no more than 6 words to us, accidently spilled water all over our stuff and clothes, gave us napkins to clean it up ourselves, and then just dropped the check in front of us without saying anything. Would love to go back for drinks and food, but not with current service.
