This is a great spot for an enjoyable diner experience and atmosphere. The staff here is kind and accommodating for any particular dining preferences and/or customizations. The menu also has a sufficient range of options. Only reason I'd take away a star is because the ingredients used could be of a higher quality and kept fresher when compared to surrounding competitors, but otherwise this spot is worth checking out!

A no-thrills diner in upper Queens. It has all your standard diner items done well. Nothing to write home about, but if you want a quick bite to eat and want a variety of choices, is a good place to go. The service is usually great so no complaints there.

I used to be regular customer at Igloo but lately I have been receiving uncooked food. Last week I order the egg platter with hashbrown and they were raw and uncooked. I had to cook my hashbrowns for 15 minutes and to make matter worse management was giving me a difficult time to refund my money; they were only willing to give me a discount for a future order. After a tense discussion, I was finally refunded my money. Today I decided to order the same meal and once again the hashbrown were not cooked. One can get sick from eating raw food but management does not care. When I called Igloo, they blamed me for the uncooked food and would only give me a $5 refund. Once, I stated that I would write a review on my experience at Igloo, they reluctantly refunded my money. After these experiences, I am no longer a customer at this establishment. I usually do not make reviews but when it comes to these issues one should be mindful of where they are ordering food from in future.
