I went to Jack Jones with a friend last night. First time there we had a fantastic time. I highly recommend the short rib grilled cheese. Carol was exceptional. In addition to being perfectly professional, she was charming and funny! I look forward to returning soon.

I have been here before, the food is very good and so are the drinks. Prices are very reasonable. We were seated at a table outside which was our choice. Unfortunately no one even came close to approaching us for a full 30 minutes after which we got up and left. We told them we were leaving and they wanted to get a server for us, we politely refused and left. I do wanna say that i will go back and give it another chance but service has to improve.

This place is great. The food is excellent. The servers are very nice. The reason I had to give them only five stars is just because they have me and my girlfriend water glasses of two very slightly different heights. It was subtle, but they were definitely NOT identical glasses. One was probably a centimeter taller (or the other was that much shorter, depending on how you look at it). Otherwise, the water tasted the same. The fries were also super good and so was the side salad.
Great selections of beer as well as some great hot Irish food - sausages, Irish bacon, ( Not streaky bacon) , great Irish fry) as well as a nice selection of Vegetarian meals too.
Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to Mushrooms and Legumes including Beans . And they were very accommodating.
