Great place, decent portion size for the price, delicious and scrumptious flavorful food. Highly recommend the lamb and chicken sandwich, you get a great mix of flavors. Relatively filling but not too much, just the right amount. Roughly 1.63 Big Macs in size but obviously much higher quality. Better than a Big Mac 100%. Great service as well, they are very friendly and nice. A small area to sit if it’s not busy, but easy to eat the sandwiches to go as well. Would definitely...
Got the lamb and chicken shawarmas. The chicken was so flavorful! Lots of meat packed in the pita, so very filling. What I loved most was the friendliness of the (who I believe was) the owner. He made conversation with my dad and I and gave us samosas on the house. Thank you! Came all the way from Forest Hills to try this Astoria gem of a hole in the wall.
Always wanted to try this spot. It's halal. We got the chicken and lamb platter, $14 and pita bread on the side and soda cans.
Atmosphere inside is tight, don't recall any seats inside. 2-3 outside dining seats which was cool. I can tell they're popular. Very humble and friendly customer service. The platter was perfect to share. Pita bread nice and warm and soft. This felt very clean to eat and healthy and guilt free to dieting. I would make the walk here...
