You’re better off ordering from the Bayside location. These people don’t know what they’re doing. They make 1000 mistakes they are not capable of reading off their POS system to take orders. two times I order from them and they make a mistake. The owner needs to fire everybody and get new employees, they are destroying their business!

hot plates are always great, got a salad for the first time and it was pretty dull, barely any toppings or meat but the sauce was outstanding, and no utensils or napkins after i specifically asked. i tipped $0 through the app bc i had cash for the tip so maybe they thought it would be $0 and just wanted to hurt me.
This franchise is the real deal! The food is superb and the servers who prep your food are top notch. Because of my experience with Laiba, I WILL be going back to this store to grub on salad permanently. I give this store a A++ rating. And you will too!!

Food is ok but too expensive compared to Create across the corner. Atmosphere is dull and uninviting. My dressing container today wasn’t snap closed so by the time I got home I had a mess in my car. Not good enough given a number of better priced and equally if not more delicious options around.

I'm not really sure what's going on in this location but multiple times I have ordered 20 or 30 minutes beforehand and it's still not ready when I go to pick it up. Also I Mark the dressing as medium and I get light, so I started doing it heavy and it's still light, the salads are depressingly dry. I love Just Salad but this location ain't it.
