Came here to try the new chicken strips. Compared to my previous experience trying the strips, this experience was slightly better. The strips were juicy and warm, but were poorly battered. Since the flavor comes from the batter, they missed the mark here in that regard. The strips were not as crispy, a bit soggy, but the fries were the star. Very crunch, hot, well-seasoned and fresh. My order was ready fairly quick, I placed my order online just a few minutes prior to arriving. The staff were friendly and quick in getting me my order before the next person on line placed their order. The dinning area was clean and seems well-maintained. The staff here were friendly and accommodating.

The manager has real nasty attitude. The cashier however was very nice. Then it said my order was ready for pick up and the manager told me I had to wait 15mins for my biscuits. On top of the fact that they gave me chicken with the skin ripped off.

The service is terrible, there is no one in charge, there were the employees' relatives in the place and the girls just wanted to leave, the girl who was taking the order was super dispersed talking to her husband, and they gave us the incomplete order despite which was repeated many times and even though there was 30 minutes left before closing, they were kicking us out

The person who took my order on august 3rd at 11:58 to be EXACT was very rude she kept taking and handing my money aggressively when I asked her for her name she wouldn’t answer my question. Bathroom reeks always & the workers ALL LOOK MISERABLE. Don’t come here. Food SUCKS! Definitely calling the health department.
