If i could give zero stars i would!! I ordered a potpie with other items. How are you guys selling burnt food??!!!!!!! It even smells burnt look at how it look on the inside! Like it’s expired! Unacceptable!! This was for my child!

it was my first time trying kfc in the usa and honestly, nothing amazing. I had high hopes for their chicken nuggets, but I’ve definitely had better. Didn’t like the breading on the chicken that they use. The fries were just fries - nothing special.
The one thing I actually really enjoyed? The mashed potato poppers. Those were surprisingly good and probably the only reason I’d consider coming back.

My daughter-in-law and I went for lunch earlier today and I ordered my food. I ordered two pieces but noticed my fries were cold and my biscuit was hard when I told the lady can I have fresh fries if I’m paying for something I deserve to get what I pay for I don’t want cold fries Her and the manager gave me a hard time. And refuse to give me fresh french fries The service here is horrible and your food is sitting under a light for quite a while and they call it fresh. If you’re not a people person don’t work with people, rude and disrespectful employees
Her behavior is very rude and she shows her anger while serving. And doesn’t want to listen properly!

Every once in a while. w have a craving for junk food, and so it was a desire to try out KFC. Many years ago, I used to go there and thought I had reviewed them. I had not. So last week I had to go back and try their traditional three pieces, fries and soda. It was just around closing time so they were very anxious to get me out. I explained that I only wanted to sit down for a few minutes as it was freezing outside, so we compromised on a small standing table near the front entrance. I was actually done in 15 mins and cleaned up my table. Overall, just every other junk food place, the portions seem to have become smaller and smaller. Even the size of the restaurant seems to have shrunk from when I was last in there around 2016. As for the original chicken, fries and soda, it was a traditional unhealthy but satisfying meal with what you would expect from KFC. They won't be a regular local spot for me.
