Quick, smooth, and seriously well-crafted. Grabbed a to-go cup from Kinship in Astoria and it hit every note—bold, balanced, and finished with that perfect crema. You can tell the barista knows their stuff—dialed-in shot, milk steamed just right. It’s the kind of cup that makes you pause mid-walk just to appreciate it. Definitely not your average to-go coffee. I had such a great experience at this coffee shop! They serve ceremonial grade matcha (unsweetened) with dairy-free milk options that are also sugar free made to absolute perfection and served hot, just the way I like it. I also grabbed a slice of vegan banana bread that was surprisingly delicious and fresh. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, making it a perfect spot to relax. The woman behind the counter was so warm and welcoming, with a kind smile that added to the whole vibe. Definitely coming back!

Very disappointed with the service this time. I requested being extra charged for an extra large latte and the guy refused to make the extra large latte. I got my coffee like that before at the same place with other guys working. Maybe he was having a bad day, but this is the hospitality industry, come on.
