Had an amazing experience here to finish off a night of bar hopping in Astoria. The staff was the best and the food was even better. Would personally recommend the margaritas and the chicken fajitas. They have great deals and their decor is very homey. Save room for the desserts they're super worth!

I went with my family, for my sons baptism dinner . The owner had the audacity to charge 40% … ($ 39.74) mandatory gratuity fee !!! and he charges an extra $10 for using your card. The food was tasteless we received one meal the was worth even paying . Key word ILLEGAL CHANGES ON YOUR BILL !

A nice place to grab a delicious margarita! I have never had a bad experience with the service provided at this restaurant. I typically don't order food here but I would recommend ordering the elote asado. Atmosphere is not bad- the music is good!

My family and I had such a great experience at La margarita. I made reservations for a birthday celebration for party of eight. When we arrived the table was set in the back all to ourselves. Our waitress was kind knowledgeable of the foods and attentive throughout our visit. I love that the food came out sizzling hot and it was delicious. My party of 8 enjoyed their meals and agreed that the food & service was excellent I would recommend la margarita anytime.

I found the services to be good and manager or owner attentive. The food everything coming out of the Kitchen looks great and everything I have order my last 3 visits was excellent. They usually give you a little side order of beans and rice like appetizer size however the rice is horrible and I never eat it. I have order Tacos, Burritos, Fajitas all delicious. I tried pretty much all the the tacos my favorite is el pastor. I honestly believe there is room for improvement in the portions of the tacos and size and the rice please do something. They have weekly special nights. like taco night, burrito night .... One time we when they try to tell us that it was only till a certain time BS. All night means all night. When I saw the bill I notice and told them they acted like they were doing me a favor reducing the price. I also notice they charge a different price if you use a credit card. I always tip cash and I tip well and that got me annoyed. The waitress said everyone is doing it now. Not everyone lady you guys are. Drinks are not cheap here, but everyone here in Astoria has gone nuts with the drinks prices. The music is good sometimes a little too loud and they have a large dinning room in the back that can be used for private parties. I saw a birthday table and they were very nice and created a fun time for the birthday lady. That I thought was fun and very nice. I will still be going to this place, just pay cash and limit my drinks and make sure I get the daily special price if I order it. Alway check you bill

The owner should be thankful to have an employee like Paula from Colombia as bartender,waitress and etcShe is amazing, has a great personality, and can be a freelancer.NOWADAYS is very difficult to find employees like that, especially in the USAI sat for 3 hours there and am in the business as well to give all these details.Calm,unique greeting style, and always with smiles.Don't hesitate to enter to ask for Paula.You won't regret it.
