The worst customer service I have deal with. The owner was very rude and she doesn't know what the customer means for her business.

Went in, purchased 2 lattes and water, came back later to sit and the lady at the front was super rude and disrespectful. She began screaming at me telling me to go to the front, to speak in English, and to eff myself. What a weird way to encourage business. And the latte was nasty. Keep walking, find some a better business to give your patronage. They didn’t even respect my newborn baby to feed !I can’t believe that !! Plz respect yourself and don’t go this place !
Very rude and racist behavior of staff not helping and talk like ur bagging them to give you
Overprice it's more then normal yes you can say a taste is also very avrage but when u been not treat good the food become good and tasteful but due to there bad behavior from 100 its go down to 0 and its not kids friendly not for normal people from 5 they don't deserve 1 star .

Terrible service. Workers very rude, disrespectful, witnessed them making a racist comment towards a customer. Workers also swore at a customer after they asked them to leave

I have come a couple of times and both times I have been treated well unlike what the reviews say. I haven't seen anyone treated badly.
If you want to practice Greek it is a good place.

Worst staff: Don’t go to this place.
I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this coffee shop due to the rude behavior of the staff. I arrived early in the morning, hoping to enjoy some coffee and get some work done, but my morning was ruined by unprofessional treatment.
As I entered, an older lady directed me away from the back seating area, repeatedly pointing towards the front. When I asked for clarification, she rudely explained that the back was reserved for larger groups, particularly her church friends, and I wasn’t allowed to sit there because I was alone. I understood the policy but felt she could have communicated it in a more respectful manner. Her attitude made it clear she was annoyed that I even asked.
Things got worse when I sat at the front. Before I even had a chance to open my laptop, she approached me and curtly asked, “What do you want?” I politely asked for a moment, but she insisted on rushing me. When I expressed my frustration to another staff member about how rude she was, instead of addressing the issue, they defended her behavior.
I ended up leaving, feeling frustrated and upset. My morning was completely ruined. I’m now at a nearby coffee house, Qahwa House, writing this review. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Didn’t get the chance to try out the food because of how horrible and rude who i assume the owner was. Overreacting and acting a certain way over a simple request of “can I take a cake pop for my little sister before we all order” was really unnecessary. “Go out” should not be how you tell people to go to their table that is outside. She came out from behind the counter just to yell at me and my mother, and immediately started telling us to leave when we mentioned her rudeness. I don’t recommend you coming here unless you’re coming to grab something and immediately leave.

On Saturday afternoon, my family and I enjoyed Greek pastries and coffee. The pastries were fresh and delicious. The service was adequate, though it could have been a bit friendlier. The store was relatively clean, but they didn't seem to clean the floors often enough, especially after some customers left food scattered on the ground.

We ordered espresso and latte. Both coffees were terrible, the espresso was watered down. Plus cheesecake - tasteless. Pretentious place. The service was unpleasant. But it's very, very expensive.

I wish I could leave a zero for this place. Not only was the pastry mediocre at best but zorba the great behind the counter was one of the rudest store owners I have ever come across. I guess this guy has had it with this business and wants to shut it down because no way any sane customer would ever come back after being treated this way. Stay away!!!!

The service is rude and hard to communicate with. I ordered a napoleon which felt like it was several days old and not flaky at all. I'd rather go to Dunkin Donuts and have something remotely acceptable instead of supporting this business.
