Won't be coming back. Crummy place with subpar pastries. Just go to Martha's instead, much better pastries

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was rudely asked when my son and I walked in "What do you want?"" In a very aggressive manner not once but TWICE!!! When I told her I was meeting someone here she again aggressively and loudly said "NO ONE IS OVER THERE"! I told the woman I didn't like her tone and that was very aggressive and it wasn't that serious. The other Waitress proceeded to laugh because she thought it was funny and it definitely was not!!! Don't waste your money here.

I visited Lefkos Pyrgos many times now and today was the last. I ordered two coffees to go. A freddo cappuccino and a frape. The waitress filled a cup with ice, add the milk foam and then poured the espresso on top. This is not how a freddo cappuccino should be prepared. I was told to pay 11.50$ for both coffees. After I handed my credit card I was charged 12.50$. I asked about the 1$ surcharge and was told that it was the tax fee since not paying cash. I am not sure what to think since tax should be charged regardless of the mode of payment. The restaurant has a sign that says card transactions are allowed for bills over 10$. So the 1$ surcharge seems completely arbitrary. Between this and the bad coffee, I do not recommend this establishment.

The vibes were immaculate - very old timey, authentic Greek cafenio. However, I ordered an iced green tea & I received a hot green tea. I also appreciated that there was plenty of space to sit and no wait for a spot.

I love this place. I go every chance I get. I enjoy the coffees, whether they be the frappe or the freddo espresso. Great environment, with bright greek colors. Usually the TVs have greek programming on. Their greek desserts are great as well. The place is always very clean and the servers work hard.

The pastries for the most part are really good some on the older side but, overall good. The customer service leaves much to be desired. The prices are through the roof as everything else in life is. The atmosphere is reminiscent of some old Greek Village with a bunch of grumpy old men gossiping worse than women.

Don’t go there. Prices are ridiculous. Two apple turnovers were cost me $16.25.I just heard, I did not fact check, but seems like they do not place price labels on purpose, if your origin is not recognisable, they charge you twice higher.

I have stupidly returned here many times due to the convenient location. Why I expect anything to change is beyond me. The desserts are inconsistent and I've gotten sick a few times, including when I got a dessert that tasted like cleaning solution. A cup cake another time had a frosting that tasted just like plan crisco. Sometimes your win though. The older lady is horrible and so unhelpful to her employees. Most recently I was next in line and she looked at me and said next. I walked over so I was nearer to her and someone tried to cut me. I politely said I was next, and she pointed at the line and said the line is there, and turned her head on both of us. Didn't even help the other lady with the line or the door to deliberately ignore us. The overworked girl working "with" her had seen me next in line, and took me next. Why these girls have to work harder because she's rude isn't fair. They are also more expensive than other stores.Overall your experience will vary and expect inconsistent quality.
