Literally a hole in the wall that you pick up from, the guy serving us was very sweet. You have to order online, you can’t pay directly at the bakery. Cookies were great as always.
This is such a cute idea! They created a pick up window to service Queens. It's so nice to have a Levain here, and the pick up window is so charming! It feels like I'm ringing the door and getting to meet the baker. It's a great place to meet a friend and grab a cookie to-go for a walk. You place the order online and then when you get there they ring the bell and have your order ready! The staff was so wonderful. Jocelyn helped me today and went above and beyond...
I love the cookies but the freshness doesn’t last long. The service is horrible. They have no one working the window where you pick up. I’ve been waiting for over 30 mins. The fact they don’t have an actual store is alittle weird.
