Blown Away! I recently moved here from California and I'd put this right along with the quality out there. I've been looking for good Mexican food and hadn't quite found it until Los Portales. I tried the chicken, chorizo, carne asada and the carnitas. Everything was rich and flavorful and I can't wait to be back!

Nothing here is gonna change your life, but the tacos at 2.50 a piece (after tax) are the best deal in the area and consistently pretty good. Their bistec, however, is bad. Everyone is nice too.This is 4 stars, but 5 because of the price.
