I don’t usually write reviews, but my life genuinely split into two eras: Before Habibi (B.H.) and After Habibi (A.H.).
The second I walked into this corner store, I felt like I had stumbled into a parallel universe. The fluorescent lights? Heavenly. The smell of fresh coffee mixed with floor cleaner? Inspirational. But then—then I met Habibi behind the counter.
This man didn’t just sell me a bag of chips. No. He sold me hope. He looked me dead in the eyes and said, “That’ll be $3.50,” and I swear I heard angels singing. I left the store with my snacks, but more importantly, with a sense of purpose.
Since that day, my skin has cleared up, my bank account mysteriously gained $7.32, and I finally understand long division. If you’re not shopping here, I honestly don’t know what you’re doing with your life.
Thank you, Habibi. Thank you, Maxi Mini Mart. You didn’t just change my day—you changed my destiny.

Top brands and wide variety of products catering to the needs of customers. An impressive well-chosen selection of beer brands. Very clean, friendly and such an enjoyable neighborhood store. Yash, is the fixture of this place. Young, smart, kind, and so helpful, I pass by sometimes to just say hello. Yash makes sure to keep the store up to par with his customers; adding new brands to meet their preferances, checking daily for expiration dates, making sure that everything is fresh and well merchandised...Always smiling, friendly and ready to help, Yash creates such an enjoyable and positive vibe to the place. In many ways, this store is becoming a little hub for a special neighborhood clientèle. Everyone knows Yash, and Yash knows everyone. And everyone is starting to befriend everyone. If you need anything, give Yash a try, he most probably will tell you one of my customer does this and that, I will ask him/her for you. And he does, helping neighbors connect. One last anecdote, I saw once re-open the metal gate of the store and turning the light back on, for one customer who wanted a pint of milk. That's the spirit of the store, thanks to Yash. It is really a great store for your quick needs and sometimes just to hang.

The new staff and new management has transformed this store immensely. Very courteous staff n store seems fully stacked unlike before, which was shabby. Great collection of beer and other daily stuffs needed on daily basis. Keep up the great work and locals will support you.

If I can give negative stars I would! The most laziest guy that works there. Ever! Shame on them! It was great before. There is this guy that just sits there and it’s as if u bother him at all times. Never does anything work or nothing In stock. Always closes early.

Ever since new ownership over the past year it’s become terrible. Out of stock of basic drinks and snacks. They tried to overcharge me 3x and worse; THEY CLOSE EARLY EVERYDAY! Sometimes at 8:30pm! They’re listed as 10pm.Just go to the deli on 14th/31st Ave.To the business owners; just give the business up to people that want to run a real store and friendly neighborhood shop, not a tax write off and a place to just hire your relatives with terrible attitudes and dogsh** work ethic
Used to be my spot. Miss the good old days with the previous owner.Terrible service.

Terrible place after owner changed, there is a guy who works here overcharging people without scanning the item. Once he threw an item and it fell off the counter which I had to pick it up. Not sure if this is owner or an employee but clear has no respect for customers. Never going back, ever.
