I went to this McDonalds and they got my order wrong then i went back got my right order just to get cold fries that feels like 5 tons of salt went in each singular Fry nuggets were not crispy cold as well and the McChicken was undercooked you can see the skin peeling off the chicken the only good thing i ordered that was good was the soda. McDonalds do better

It's a pleasant McDonald's I went on a weekend not packed, plenty of space to sit. Staff forgot my sauce but when I went up to ask they gave it to me quickly. Not as dirty as other McDonald's. Bathroom is a bathroom.

The food is decent here, but they always take such a long time to make the food even if you order ahead. It’s also not very clean in the dining area.
HOW DO THEY GET THE SIMPLEST OF ORDERS SO WRONG? I am a Type 1 Diabetic and order my drink without liquid sugar, otherwise it adds carbs I have to give insulin for. They've messed up several times, even once giving me some sort of caramel frappe. Also, they do not have enough staff clearly due to the the slow speed. The AC wasn't working the last time I was there.

I genuinely have no idea how a MCDONALDS can be so bad. Working in the food industry myself, I have a lot of patience when I go anywhere to eat but they’re beyond rude here and so ridiculously slow. Unfortunately, this is the closest one to me and I come here often for a cheap lunch. I usually just get the free fry deal with a drink on the app. Supposed to be very quick and easy but I’ve noticed that I need to order at least 10 minutes before I walk in, yet it still won’t be ready. So the past couple of times, I ordered 20 minutes before and it was still not ready… I even tried 30 minutes before! I’ll go up to the cashier and be completely ignored. For 1 fry and 1 drink, I do not understand in the slightest. And how this had happened multiple times is baffling :/
