Absolutely no customer service or appreciation whatsoever. If you have a problem with an order, some of female staff will make you feel like you should've just left with the incorrect order instead of disputing it.
I had meat patties missing from my burgers on two different occasions. I was told "No way! I got my best guys working back there!"
Yeah, you're right. I took the original meat patties out and ate them separately... Oh, better yet, I stashed them in my pocket for later. That's exactly what happened. 🤦♂️

I just entered this McDonald's, the truth is that I go there regularly, today I went to have a hot chocolate, but first I asked for the code to use the bathroom, unfortunately they didn't give it to me, they told me that the bathroom didn't work, I sat in a table to see if this was true and oooo surprise a customer stood up and asked for the code and they gave it to him. I understand these are company policies, I am a customer who consumes a lot at McDonald's, I have a daughter who loves to eat there. I quietly went to STArBUCkS. I really go to McDonald's because it's cheaper. Starbucks chocolate and coffee is of better quality.

This morning I went to try the new "dulce de leche" and I asked the cashier to add caramel drizze and she didn't understand and ignored me after asking her 3 times, then I had ordered a breakfast on the screens but I didn't receive a ticket, when my order was ready the same woman wouldn't give me the order because she didn't have the ticket and she asked me several questions about what I ordered as if I was trying to take someone else's order, terrible customer service

I ordered for pickup 2 quarter-pounder cheeseburgers and 1 double quarter-pounder cheeseburger and all of them were almost raw. It shouldn’t be medium well at all (who makes fckin Mcdonald's burgers medium well???) … didn’t want to go back but next time I will throw food at them
It's never that busy for service to be slow...but it always is.. you barely get greeted .when you reach the register, the organization there sucks...they need to hire better and fast people...

Very poor hygiene am not going back to this place every time it’s the same mistakes and the service is bad, one lady who was making my sandwich didn’t have gloves on and her mouth had a very dirty brown color I don’t know what leaf she was chewing on but it made her mouth looks so dirty also someone peed on the floor and the smell was so strong and best part was when they forgot to give me my cup to fill up my drink I had to remind them that’s it’s written on the receipt oh and the food was salty…everything was awful.

I don’t have high expectations for this place, but I expected it to be somewhat sanitary. When waiting in line, I saw one of the employees accidentally drop one of the cup lids on the floor, and instead of replacing it, he went to the corner, wiped the lid on his pants, and came back and put it on the cup.
