This steakhouse is a gem that's hard to find but unforgettable once you do. The seafood starters were fresh and perfectly prepared, the steak was cooked to perfection, and the sides were rich and flavorful. Dessert was decadent and beautifully presented. What really sets this place apart is the ambience: warm, family friendly, and filled with genuine love. The entire staff was attentive to every table, making you feel truly cared for. From the food to the service, everything here deserves a perfect 10/10.
Familly got together for a dinner. Meet the Meat was fabulous as usual. We ordered drinks and 3 appetizers. The baked clams, qyfta, and shrimp cocktail. The 5 of us shared everything all night. For dinner we ordered the whole Bronzino, chicken parmigiana, and the steak for 3. Again everything was on point. Dessert was tartufo, and homemade tiramisu both tasted great. $ espressos with smabuca, ended the evening and 3 hours later we were more then satisfied with our dining experience. Our server Al was always asking us if we needed anything throughout the evening. The owner Anaad stopped by a few times to ask how the evening was going and helped serve the dinner when it arrived. This was our 3rd time to Meet the Meat and it has become a must stop when we are up when visiting family.
This is one of our favorite restaurants. They always greet us like family, and the presentation and food are always exquisite.
This place is among those tucked away neighborhood spots that can be easily overlooked but is an absolute MUST. The food is delicious, staff courteous and attentive, and perfect atmosphere for a date night or small group outing. The creamed spinach is in my top 3 best ever!
Just as good as any other steakhouse I've been to in NYC. Steak was cooked perfectly with a nice char and seasoning. I was very surprised on how good it was. Not cheap by any means but I will go back in a second
Had a wonderful meal while visiting NYC. We shared the Porterhouse for two and it was done to perfection! The side of mushrooms were super tasty and I asked for horseradish with my steak and they quickly brought it over. The tiramisu was exceptionally good! Very friendly staff and wonderful service-will definitely be going back there next time I'm in NY!
The steak and sides were perfect, very family friendly, spacious and cocktails were great! I had bone-in ribeye medium rare with mushroom sauce. It was delicious and juicy.I also tried the salmon, seafood here is actually great.
The porterhouse for 3 was cooked perfectly and was absolutely delicious . The truffle fries and vegetable platter were also delicious! The French martini was really good. Service was excellent. Highly recommend!
A+ food and always the most hospitable and hardworking owner. We have been here many times, and it's always a wonderful experience.
Their food was excellent. The 3 male workers were nice but it was obviously understaffed, unfortunately. We visited on Sunday night during Restaurant Week so we should try another time because we loved the cozy atmosphere, homemade tiramisu & the guy's smile (Maybe he is the owner?). See you soon again!

We always have a great time. Adnon and his team make a regular night feel like an experience.
I read on one of the reviews that the waiter was giving the customer dirty looks I wasn’t surprised because we experienced the same action towards us .even when we were playingg our order he seemed bothered and rushed us. The waiter didn’t even asked if we were finished eating and proceeded on removing the plates from the table while we were still eating . They rushed us out of the table to seat other customers. The food quality was really good but, the experience was terrible. To the owner the only thing I have to say is hire better waiter. And I also remember once we said we didn’t want dessert I remember the owner asking us if we can leave the table because he needed the table for other customers now I understood why they were taking our food from the table while we were still eating. The waiter look bother while working and treated us terrible. The bill was almost $1000.00 a group of 8.

My husband and I have been going to a Meet the Meat since they opened. It's family run, and they are always lovely and welcoming. After our first dinner there, they remembered us. The food is delicious, always cooked perfectly. It is pricey, though not as expensive as other steakhouses, we go for any special occasions and it's worth it.
We arrived a few minutes and had about a 20 minute wait, it was mostly packed for NYE, but staff were so welcoming, friendly and prompt about updates with our table, so we didn't mind the wait and sat at the bar, which gave us time to decide our meals. The staff even hung my coat for me and it was nice and warm indoors on the rainy night. We ordered Stella & Malbec to start, and the Porterhouse for 2, with Mashed potatoes & asparagus for our sides. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu, provided us with warm, garlicky toasted bread & butter while our meals were cooking. We had a short wait of about 25-30 min for our meal to come out and when it did, it was beautifully cooked to our preference of Medium, so juicy, perfectly charred and flavored! I didn't need any sauce or seasonings but just a light tap of salt (probably didn't even need the salt at all!). We finished the portion. The mashed potatoes were classic and fluffy and asparagus was also juicy and buttery. Everything was just what we wanted. Friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and polite. Also fairly priced and not outrageous as you would find in the city or gentrified neighborhoods of BK. We didn't have room for dessert but looking forward to dining here again!
First - thank you for being open on Christmas evening. The setting was fantastic for our family of 6. The service was warm, welcoming and top notch. Just before we were seated, a large group was leaving and they all were raving about the food. They were so correct the food was perfect. Thanks for making our family time special.
