Recently on the weekends, they have a bbq outside serving made to order carnitas tacos. They are delicious! They are authentic - corn tortilla, meat, cilantro and white onion. I highly recommend and am definitely developing a taco habit.
This place makes my favorite buffalo. Sadly single slices are better because they have more chicken per slice than when you buy a whole pie. ? Haha… oh well. Still tasty. Good prices.

They are charging almost $4 a slice for a product worse than dollar pizza. I don’t know how to make pizza but let me back there and I’ll do better ?

I’m not a big fans of Pizza, maybe because I found them boring. But, if I have to get Pizza.. I need to get them from Mia! The best pizza I ever had in New York. I could finish to their crust! Their house special pizza is the best!! My kids love pepperoni cheese.

Located on Ditmars Blvd. and Crescent Street in Astoria, this cozy establishment is owned by a local Astorian who attended P.S. 122, where my family ordered from time to time. Besides pizza, the menu at Mia's featured pasta dishes, meat and shrimp entrees, & Mexican cuisine such as tacos, quesadillas, and tortas. I decided on a large, plain pizza pie for takeout. Arriving home, it was still hot out of the oven, fresh, nice size, good crust, and tasty. The price was comparable to the area. The staff were friendly, especially Alberto, who worked with the prior owner, and the service was fast. If you are in the area, give this place a shot.

Good service... The food is alright...
As for serious bad experience, I called to pick up and when the order arrived it was not even

The pizza is good, not the best and not bad. Tacos are basically white people tacos, sauce wasn't good, chicken taco is boring, it was given with other vegetables except grilled onions. Beef taco has nothing but dry meat in it. Shrimp was actually quite good but when I ordered Tacos I was expecting mexican Tacos and these were not mexican Tacos.
