The male barista working on Monday afternoon, 8/25/2025 was extremely disrespectful. I ordered two coffees, yet only one was made and I had to return to the counter to confirm for the second. When the first drink was finished, the barista simply shouted “cappuccino” across the café rather than handing it to me directly despite me being close by. As I was leaving, he remarked “Sir, your cups..” to which I jokingly replied that since I had already paid, picked up my own drink, and left a tip, something should be on the house. His response—“It’s common courtesy to pick up after yourself, nobody asked you to tip me”—was unprofessional, dismissive, and inappropriate. Did he want me to clean the table too and do his job for him? This conduct reflects a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism, and I urge management to address it promptly.

Always a pleasant experience. Cosy vibe with a personality. I appreciate the energetic baristas, especially when I'm groggy. The coffee with a hint of woody smokiness stands out in a sea of overly acidic or burnt coffee in the neighborhood. It is definitely my go-to for the Ditmars area.

The coffee is good. Great vibe in here but I do find it odd that a coffee shop doesn’t have any latte flavored syrups. When I asked for a honey latte I asked if they melted the honey in the espresso and they said no they just pour it in the cup. Random but not really what a latte is. It gets all glopped up in the straw. If you’re looking for any flavored lattes beyond maple, this might not be your joint. If you’re looking for basic coffee with good taste, it’ll work.
